Founded in 1839, Temple Concord is the ninth-oldest Jewish congregation in the United States and proudly affiliated with the Union for Reform Judaism. It’s hard to say whether our founders could have envisioned the vibrant, diverse, socially conscious, and spiritually rich community we are today—but through the years and across generations, Temple Concord has remained a steadfast house of learning, community, and prayer.

Everyone is welcome here—individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds and ages. Whether you were born or raised Jewish, are a Jew by choice, part of an interfaith family, or a member of the LGBTQIA community, we invite you to make Temple Concord your spiritual home.

We’d love to introduce you to the many ways Temple Concord enriches the lives of our approximately 275 member-families. From our compassionate clergy and dedicated staff, to our engaging religious school and wide range of programs for all ages, Temple Concord offers a meaningful Jewish experience tailored to your unique journey.

Searching for your Jewish home? We invite you to visit us. Take a tour of our historic synagogue—a space that embodies the spirit, tradition, and connection of our past and present community. Join us for services, observe our religious school in action, attend an educational event or a social justice activity (Tikkun Olam), or enjoy a concert, lecture, or film. Our clergy, staff, and members are always happy to welcome you and answer any questions.

Start today by contacting Aaron Spitzer, Executive Director, at (315) 475-9952 x101, or complete a membership application here.
